Yes, it is absolutely "O kay to Be not Okay" every now and then. You can't be happy for 365 days in a row unless you are a Robot. Be honest and easy with yourself when you are not okay. You don't need to be okay when you are stressed, feeling low, going through hard times, etc. These events make life what it is. But feeling not okay for a long time is also not good for your mental health which will eventually affect your physical health too.
