IT IS OKAY TO BE NOT OKAY !!

Yes, it is absolutely "Okay to Be not Okay" every now and then. You can't be happy for 365 days in a row unless you are a Robot. Be honest and easy with yourself when you are not okay.

You don't need to be okay when you are stressed, feeling low, going through hard times, etc. These events make life what it is. But feeling not okay for a long time is also not good for your mental health which will eventually affect your physical health too.

When someone asks "Are You Okay?", "Is Everything Good", we always reply "Yeah! I'm fine". It's up to you whether to reply or not and what to reply.

You don't tell anyone, and instead, pretend to be strong and worry about everything on your own and bottle up your emotions until they burst.

Life is a matter of FLUCTUATION.

Consider a person who's happy always without any worries. Such a boring life that would be! He is okay all the time, all his days are the same. How can he enjoy his life if each day is exactly the same?

Now a different person who has good days and bad days in his life.

He knows what it is to be sad and how to appreciate the good days and being happy.

So don't ignore whatever you are feeling. Calm your mind and focus on yourself and love yourself. Don't give up on yourself. There is always the brightest day after the darkest night. Believe in yourself.

Do the things that make you happy and relaxed.

For me, the times when I'm not okay are the strongest motivating times to grab the hold and fix things. I look for the solutions to my problems, I can do anything to make things better for me. The worst time is when I'm depressed, it gets hard to deal with, but to deal with those days and look up to a new day is what we call life!! We can have bad days and still be okay with that.

Don't try to fight with your emotions if you want to cry, cry out loud, scream if you can. Let your brain figure out how to work out through the situation. Nurture Yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's okay to take a step at a time, don't rush. It's always advisable to lean on a shoulder when it gets too hard but if not you should know you are your first Friend, and maybe the only one who can help you. Have a ME time. Don't give up and look for the motive of your life. Be OKAY and healthy!!
